Consent was granted for the demolition, subdivision, construction of dwellings and strata subdivision of a large parcel of land including 211, 217 and 219-221 Myall Street and 56 and 60-62 Witt Street.
The development application was lodged on December 13, 2018 by Raymond Terrace-based development consultancy business, Tattersall Lander Pty Ltd, and approved by delegated authority on April 8, 2020.
The land is owned by Slaks Super Pty Ltd.
Two submissions were previously made against the development.
In approving the application, MidCoast Council said: "The development is considered appropriate and complies with the relevant aims and objectives contained in the Great Lakes Local Environmental Plan 2014 and Great Lakes Development Control Plan 2014."

Also approved in April was a $1.6 million service station at 131 The Lakes Way, Forster.
The development application was lodged on March 14, 2019 by RCI Group and approved by delegated authority on April 24, 2020.
The land is owned by Graham Barclay Oysters Pty Ltd.
