A 31-year-old Rainbow Flat man was issued a court attendance notice on Friday, May 15, after his bizarre behaviour in a fast food outlet led to police searching him and finding four grams of cannabis in his possession.
At around 10pm, the man attended a fast food outlet in Taree, where his behaviour was noted to have been similar to a person under the influence of some kind of substance.
After ordering his meal, the man said to staff: "How do you want me to pay, with the cash or the weed?"
