During halftime of the side's trial match with Canberra Raiders at Port Macquarie Regional Stadium on February 29, Bulldogs chief executive, Andrew Hill and fellow board members presented cheques to Rainbow Flat Rural Fire Service and Bobin Public School.
The Mid North Coast State Emergency Service also received a donation.
The Rainbow Flat RFS station was destroyed by the Hillville fire in November while volunteers were protecting properties in the area.
Plans for the rebuild has been released, with the new building set to be up and running by September.
Bobin Public School suffered the same fate, with only the library left standing.
The buildings were swiftly rebuilt before students returned for the start of the new school year.
The Bulldogs were inspired by the courage and resilience of the community to bounce back from the crisis.
The club teamed with Canterbury Leagues Club to donate $50,000 to a bushfire fund.
Injured five-eighth, Kieran Foran and legend, Terry Lamb recently visited Taree to meet with locals while the first grade side visited schools and community groups in Forster and Port Macquarie last week.
