The match, which will be played at Boambee's home ground of Ayrshire Park on Saturday afternoon, will pit two reigning champions against each other in what should be an exciting fixture.
Wallis Lake won the 2019 Football Mid North Coast (FMNC) Premier League competition in nail-biting fashion over Port United in September, while Boambee were too strong for Woolgoolga in the 2019 North Coast Football grand final.
Both teams had byes in the second round of the FFA Cup.

In other games on Saturday, the Macleay Valley Rangers will take on the Westlawn Tigers while Port United will face the Coffs Coast Tigers at home at Wayne Richards Park in Port Macquarie.
On Sunday, the Port Saints will travel to Forsyth Park at Coffs Harbour to take on Coffs City United.
