Manning Valley Netball Association will hold primary division matches on Thursday, March 26, with secondary games to follow on Wednesday, April 1.
Great Lakes Netball Association will host primary division matches on Friday, June 12.
The regional finals in both divisions will be played in Port Macquarie on August 4 before the State finals in Sydney in September.
Local sides will then face representatives from the Hunter, Far North Coast, South Coast and Sydney Metro.
Registrations are open for both boys and girls in Years 3-10 who attend public, independent and Catholic schools.
The Schools Cup provides students with an opportunity to enjoy netball in an inclusive and enjoyable environment.
Now in its eighth year, the cup has grown from 3000 participants in its first year to almost 16,000.
A Fast5 netball division for Year 11 and Year 12 students will run in 2020.

A round robin carnival will be held in Taree on Friday, April 3.
The other North Coast carnival will be hosted by Macksville Nambucca Valley Netball Association.
The all abilities carnival will be held in Port Macquarie in September.
