The titles were to be held at Elizabeth Beach on February 8 and 9 but poor weather conditions forced officials to call it off.
The board riding events will now be held on Saturday, March 28, with the carnival to follow the next day.
The junior branch lifesaver awards were hosted by Cape Hawke SLSC on Thursday, February 20.
Meanwhile, Pacific Palms Surf Life Saving Club will host the 22nd annual Battle of the Boats at Elizabeth Beach this weekend.
Races will be held in the open, reserve, under 23s, under 19s and masters divisions for both men and women.
A staple of the event, the Tim Knight Club Relay will run once again. It is named in honour of Pacific Palms SLSC champion surfboat rower Tim Knight.
Last year's event made a late switch to Wallis Lake due to hazardous surf conditions.
