The pop-up shop will be open seven days a week from 10am to 3pm and located opposite the Commonwealth Bank.
Lions club secretary, Margaret Kentwell, hoped the community would show their generosity and donate to the appeal.
"We are collecting non-perishable goods, toiletries and school supplies so they can be distributed to the Manning-Great Lakes drought-affected dairy farmers," she said.
"The farmers are struggling in the drought that has been ongoing, with some now contending with the effect of recent bushfires."
Ms Kentwell said the pop-up shop would also accept cash donations to be directed to the cause.
However, the pop-up shop would not be taking clothing donations.
