A 33-year-old Forster man will face Forster Local Court on February 3 charged with numerous offences.

On the afternoon of Wednesday, January 8, the man attended a retail outlet on Breese Parade and attempted to take an item.
He was confronted by employees before leaving the scene and driving away.
Later that afternoon he was seen by police driving along Helen Street.
He was stopped, and has he was getting out of the vehicle a tissue wrapped item fell from his pocket.
The item was believed to be cannabis.
The man was arrested and taken to Forster Police Station where he was charged and placed on strict bail conditions.
About 4pm on Saturday, January 11, the man was seen arguing with a woman outside a licenced premises in Tuncurry.
He continued to yell, abuse and threaten the woman. The man then left the premises and attempted to step up onto the victim's vehicle before leaving the area.
These actions breached an apprehended violence order (AVO) between the man and woman.
About 10.30am on Sunday, January 12, police attended a caravan park in Tuncurry and arrested the man.
He was taken to Forster Police Station where he was charged with breaching bail, stalking, breaching an AVO, shoplifting, disqualified driving and possessing a prohibited drug.
Property stolen in Forster area
Manning Great Lakes Police District has reminded residents to lock all vehicles and secure items located in the home or caravan following a spate of incidents in the Forster area.
Police have reported several cases where property was stolen from unlocked motor vehicles and stolen while unsecured from outside caravans.
