Newcastle Permanent's Forster branch manager, Brett Willing, said Cinema Under the Stars was a real hit with regional communities.
"We understand how much people in regional communities across NSW look forward to our Cinema Under the Stars events, and as a customer-owned organisation it's a real pleasure to give these events to the communities that support us," he said.
"Since 2008, Newcastle Permanent's Cinema Under the Stars has brought people together at free outdoor cinema events in regional NSW, and our eighth event in Forster is expected to attract 3,000 people."
People are encouraged to bring their picnic rugs and picnics, or purchase food and non-alcoholic drinks at the event.
Bicentennial Park is located on Head Street, Forster.
Toy Story 4 is rated G.
