The trio are currently enjoying a road trip with their family on their way to the event location at the Mersey River.
It's their first time visiting Tasmania and their mother Ariane said they were excited about competing in the event and seeing the island state.
"It's their first Nationals," Mrs Ceccato said.
"We hope to see a bit of Tasmania as well."
The boys will compete in their age divisions of the individual K1 kayak, with the possibility of also competing in the teams events.
They qualified for the National competition after achieving strong results at the State championships in Grafton in May.
Mrs Ceccato said the boys had put in a lot of preparation for the event to get themselves ready for the fast-moving water of the Mersey River.
"They've done some extra training practicing their rolling because of the rapids down there," she said.
"They've worked very hard."

And while they were yet to experience racing at a National level, Mrs Ceccato said they were focussed on doing their best.
"They have a positive attitude," she said.
"They will certainly try their hardest and try to get some good results."
A talented and versatile bunch, younger brothers Dylan and Maxim warmed up their competitive skills at the Wollongong Summer Bronze Junior Tennis Tournament on the way down to Tasmania.
Competing in the U12 division, 10-year-old Maxim suffered a first round loss before going down in a tie-breaker in the second set of his repechage match.
Meanwhile, 12-year-old Dylan won his first round match before being bundled out in the second round.
With 128 competitors in the division, Mrs Ceccato said the level at the tournament was very high.
