However, 19-year-old Austin Parrish, who was granted bail in October, appeared briefly before magistrate Ross Hudson.
Bail will continue for Mr Parrish, who had his matter adjourned to Port Macquarie Local Court on January 23, 2020.
Tyron Beauchamp's body was discovered by a NSW Rural Fire Service crew in Upper Lansdowne, on December 27, 2018 after they had extinguished a small fire in the Yarratt State Forest.
Mr Parrish was charged with being an accessory after the fact, along with Tyson McKenzie (23) and Michael Bennett (42) in early May.
Bail was refused for Mr Bennett, who will appear at Port Macquarie on January 16, while Mr McKenzie will appear in Forster tomorrow, Tuesday, December 17 for mention.
Darcy Dufty (24) and Andrew Tisdell (22), who were charged with murder also would remain in custody to appear in Port Macquarie on January 23 and February 6, 2020.
As Forster Court House does not have an audio visual link (AVL), the hearing has been moved to Port Macquarie for security reasons.
