The under-16 and under-19 boys' teams both qualified for the event at the State competition and the under-16 girls' team were awarded a wildcard into the event.
Each team played between six and seven games in their round and although only the under-16 boys' team was able to come away with a win, coach Tyson Oakley was proud of his students for the effort they put in.
"All three teams played well and represented BCS with a never-give-up attitude against some very difficult opponents," he said.
"It has been a pleasure to have been coaching these great students and after two years finally qualifying at the national level."
Mr Oakley believed the students would never forget the great experience and hoped BCS would continue to qualify for the event in the future.
He extended his appreciation to the Bulahdelah P&C Association, as well as Melissa Smith and the Bulahdelah Fishing Club, for the donations they made to help fund the trip.
He also thanked Sue Robards for her many hours of help behind the scenes, along with the entire BCS school administrative staff, his fellow teaching staff members, and Jake Kinnear and Tara Smith for their coaching help on the trip.
