The Pacific Highway reopened overnight following bushfires across NSW over the weekend.
However, The Lakes Way near Rainbow Flat between Failford Road and the Pacific Highway remains closed.
Motorists have been advised to continue to delay all non-essential travel in bushfire-affected areas as a number of other roads also remain closed.
Failford Road is open to local traffic only from Forster-Tuncurry to Nabiac
Motorists who need to travel in bushfire-affected areas should be prepared for conditions to change quickly, and follow the directions of emergency services and traffic crews.
