Agencies called in to assist the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) include Fire and Rescue NSW, State Emergency Service, State Forest, Victorian based Country Fire Authority (CFA), National Parks and Wildlife and NSW Police.
Strike force teams from across the State - Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Hunter, Warringah, Central Coast and the Illawarra - have called the Mid North Coast home for the last week.
RFS district officer, Kirsty Channon said the severity of the bushfire situation meant all personnel were required.
"We've basically got crews from right across the State," Ms Channon said.
"The strike force teams involve anyone who haven't got bushfires in their areas."
Taree Airport has been a hive of activity since the blazes began.
Ms Channon confirmed it had been used as an airbase for water bombing aircraft and air attack supervisors.
"The air attackers are constantly looking for new fires and reporting back any intel," Ms Channon said.
In the coming days, aircraft will help strengthen containment lines and mop up any hotspots on the Mid North Coast.
The fire at Crowdy Bay National Park is still keeping firefighters on their toes.
Conditions have eased which has reduced the threat to homes and properties in Harrington.
Harrington Road is open but can be closed at short notice.
The blaze is being controlled and has burnt more than 1665 hectares.
According to the latest update from the Fires Near Me site, Darawank bushfire along Failford Road remained at advice level, was under control and had burnt 2966 hectares, while the Minimbah fire, which began two weeks ago and moved to Tuncurry, had burnt 3960ha hectares and also was contained.
