Black Head Bazaar is on this Sunday, November 3 and the organisers are using the opportunity to thank the firies who have worked tirelessly containing bush fires in the area.

Diamond Beach Rural Fire Brigade has partnered with Black Head Bazaar, organising parking at the market, providing on-site first aid and fire safety information for five years.

"We couldn't run the market without them," organiser, Alana Parkins said.

"To show our appreciation to them for their wonderful effort over last weekend and more, we invite everyone to come to the bazaar on Sunday and donate at the gate or if you park elsewhere at their site.

"All proceeds from the markets will be donated to the fire brigade so let's make it a big one"
