And, tomorrow, September 12 Green Point couple, Helen and Trevor Cooper will remember the day 60 years ago they married.
Following their wedding in 1959 at All Saints, Parramatta, the couple moved to Glenorie where they ran a commercial orchard for more than 30 years.
They later moved to the Great Lakes, running cattle on their Bunyah property before relocating and building a house on Wallis Lake, Green Point in 2001.
The couple has four children, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
