Cindy Loadsman and Vicki Bidner are the principals and have worked extensively as Property Managers throughout their careers.
They say "This has given us a great "hands-on" appreciation of the stresses and problems that arise.
"These years of experience have enabled Noble Realty to create outstanding procedures to minimise any potential problems."
There are four people on the team. Cindy and Vicki tell us about them:
Sue Pearce is our fabulous Senior Property Manager. As head of our PM Department is the "people person" who welcomes and engages with all our Property Management clients.
Lynne Finch does a wonderful job in the PM administration role. She is our 'paper person' and ensures all our Landlords and Tenant documents and compliances are 'tip-top'.
Julie Chapman has recently joined the team and ensures all properties are well maintained. Communicating is paramount to ensuring a stress-free experience for everyone.
Holly Trembath has been with Noble for more than eight years and is at the moment looking forward to the birth of her first child. Holly is our "go-to" person as she knows the job backwards. Welcome back soon.
"We have developed business practices that we test every day and clients comment that their experience is amazing, efficient and friendly.
"We are open seven days a week, carry out our promised inspections and answer all enquiries daily before leaving the office - we not only "talk the talk" we "walk the walk".
The team is heavily involved in the community and proudly support Men's Veteran Golf, Mark Hughes Foundation, Ronald McDonald Family Retreat, Tuncurry Forster Jockey Club and more.
Tips for landlords
Cindy and Vicki say if you're looking to rent out your property, presentation will determine the type of tenants you will attract.
"If you wouldn't live in a property in the condition it is in, why would you expect someone else to?"
"Being a landlord isn't always a 'walk in the park' as there are continual on-going legal and moral obligations to maintaining a property.
"With litigation rife, compliance is far different than it was years ago. Selecting the right Property Manager is key to making this process stress free.
"Don't focus on the commission rate, as the cheapest agent may be the costliest mistake you will make.
"If you are underwhelmed with the current service you are receiving as a landlord, we can certainly assist you to make the transition stress-free.
