They raised $265 for the charity through beanie sales as a part of the foundation's popular 'Beanie for Brain Cancer' initiative.
They also celebrated the achievement in style, wearing their favourite football team colours in a show of support for the cause.
Estia Health Tuncurry lifestyle manager Aaron Dodds wished to extend a massive thank you to Paul Riggs and his family for donating the many amazing beanies the residents sold.
The Mark Hughes Foundation is a charity formed in Newcastle by Mark and Kirralee Hughes following Mark's diagnosis with Brain Cancer in 2013.
The charity's mission is to raise much needed funds for research, and to create awareness and support for brain cancer patients and their families.
