Featuring professional coaches from West Ham United, the two-day camp will serve as both a coaching clinic and an opportunity to identify talented participants.
Open to boys and girls aged seven to 17, Mr Cowie stressed the camp welcomed players of all levels and abilities.
"It's there for them to come along and enjoy themselves for a couple of days," he said.
"There's no pressure. It's a fun environment."
With a focus on skills and enjoyment, Mr Cowie believed participants would walk away from the camp with the knowledge and excitement to really improve their performance on the soccer field.
