The indoor netball was held on Thursday night and consisted of seven sides.
The regular games saw a great competition lasting over 15 rounds.
Itty Bitties and Tartts played off for the division one grand final with Tartts taking top honors 40 goals to 36.
Division two saw Tigers and The Loose Screws play in a knockout semi final with The Loose Screws winning that game 35 goals to 24.
The other knock out semi final saw One Hit Wonders take on Suicide Squad, with One Hit Wonders taking the win 33 goals to 22.
Division two then had the grand final between The Loose Screws and One Hit Wonders with One Hit Wonders taking the win 39 goals to 20.
It was a great game and the score line does not represent the effort and fun that was had on the field.
Sunday saw the Monday night division one indoor cricket grand finals being played between Mudskippers and Lakeside Tavern.
This was an amazing game to watch with it ending in a thrilling tie with both sides finishing on 97 each after 16 overs.
This brought about a super over to determine the winner.
One over to score more runs than the other side.
The Mudskippers came away winners with this and took out the Monday night competition division one grand final after some close battles between most of the teams throughout the series.
The second game on Sunday was between Thomas Building and Forster Mowers in the division two Monday night competition.
This was another close game with both sides bowling and fielding well.
Forster Mowers restricted Thomas Building to just 55 runs from their 16 overs.
Forster Mowers were looking in trouble early but steadied the ship to take the win after finishing on 57 runs after their 16 overs.
The third game for Sunday was the Men's A Grade grand final.
Men's A Grade was played on a Wednesday night and the grand final was between Six Offenders and Extreme 8s.
The Six Offenders had gone all competition without losing a game and were a very strong and tough side to play against.
Extreme 8s, with a number of young gun juniors performing well against older players, took the challenge to them keeping the Six Offenders to a score of 146 from 16 overs.
The Extreme 8s pushed for every run they could and finished a few runs short with a score of 141 off the 16 overs.
A well fought match.
Well done to all teams from all competitions.
Thank you for making the first competition fun and exciting.
