Promising to be bigger and better than ever, this season's event will be held in the Taree library this Friday, July 5 from 6pm to 9pm.
For Friday evening's performance the library will be transformed into an after-hours live music venue, especially geared to ensure the enjoyment of local young people.
At the same time, the event presents a great opportunity to celebrate the end of the school term and the start of the school holidays.
As always, some of the region's most popular young musicians will be able to showcase their talent, in a safe, fun, drug and alcohol free event.
"Live n Loud is one of our favourite, longest running local events, supporting our young people," MidCoast Council community strengthening youth officer, Russell Ingram said.
"While it has grown in popularity and continued to evolve over the years, it's a crowd favourite for local young people attending but it's also a great experience for our young organising committee and performers who gain valuable experience in event management and stage performance."
The Manning Youth Action Team (MYAT) plan and execute every detail of the event, including securing the artists for the night and all pre-promotion via social media channels.

Live n Loud events are a quarterly fixture on the local calendar.
Some of the acts for this latest Live n Loud include Hudson Rose, NerV and Dime Junkie, while there also will be an open mic segment.
But, places are limited and sign-up will take place on the night.
"Our region is rich with talented young people and we love that Live n Loud gives them a stage to really showcase what they can do," Russell said.
"It's the perfect starting point for music careers or just a great way to indulge their love of music."
The event isn't just for young people, people of all ages can attend for just a gold coin donation.
Live n Loud is a fully supervised event, made possible through the support of the NSW Government's Indent program, part of Music NSW, together with YMCA and MidCoast Libraries.
Find the event via the MidCoast Youth Facebook page for more information and to stay updated.
Throughout the school holidays MidCoast Libraries will hold a host of fun activities to keep both young and older students entertained.
