Dr Gillespie indicated the meeting would take place in the coming weeks when parliament resumes.
The discussion will look at Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services at Manning Hospital, a specialised radiation oncology unit and a headspace centre.
Requirements needed to get the projects off the ground also would be outlined.
Manning Hospital will receive a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit after a licence was granted earlier this year.
Taree is also one of 13 locations across Australia that will welcome a specialised radiation oncology unit through the government's regional radiation therapy services expansion while access to youth mental health services will be improved through the headspace centre.
Meanwhile in last week's State Budget, $100 million was listed for the second stage of the Manning Hospital redevelopment to start before March 2023.
A total of $16.7 million is listed in 2019-20 (as part of a $40 million project) for the redevelopment.
