Joining the crowd was Member for Lyne, David Gillespie, who congratulated the school leadership, students, teachers and parents on taking the time to honour Australia's veterans.
"Anzac Day and services associated with it are very important, particularly in our local schools and I was honoured to participate in this particular service here in Bulahdelah," Dr Gillespie said.
"Without the service and sacrifice of our service men and women, we would not be able to enjoy the wonderful country we live in today."
