Held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre in Homebush over the weekend of March 30 and 31, the meet saw swimmers aged between 10 and 13 compete at the highest level for their age group, with national titles not available to them until they turn 14.
10-year-old Harrison Tancred was the best performing of the local kids, scooping three silver medals and a bronze, plus recording personal best times in a number of his races.
He finished runner-up in the 200m medley, 100m butterfly and 100m freestyle, and third in the 50m freestyle.
Coach Peter Sanders said he swam strongly in each of his races, with all of them very close affairs.
Eva Keen was another high achiever from Forster, receiving bronze medals in the 10-years 100m freestyle and 50m butterfly.

The swimmers will now focus on the NSW Primary School Sports Association (PSSA) Swimming Championships on April 11 and 12, before taking a well-deserved rest.
