Natalie Clare Ritter appeared in Port Macquarie court on Thursday March 21 for sentencing after pleading guilty to two charges pertaining to the offence.
She first appeared in Forster court on August 8, 2017 charged with stealing more than $650,000 from a Gloucester business between December 2010 and June 2017.
On Thursday, Ms Ritter was sentenced to four years and six months in prison with eligibility of parole on 20 September 2021.
