Joined by fellow icons of the game, Dennis Tutty, John Elford and Harry Wells, the men will be helping to raise money for the Men of League foundation and local sporting personality Marshall Loadsman.
A charity set up to help those in the rugby league community who need it most, the Men of League foundation provides financial support of more than half a million dollars each year to its beneficiaries.
Tuncurry-Forster Jockey Club president Gary McQuillan said it was an honour to get behind the charity and host such a lineup of legends.
"It's a great thrill," he said.
“I've had a lot of enquiries about them coming so far.”
With the distinguished sport stars mingling among the locals and a host of great activities scheduled in, Mr McQuillan said he expected a large and enthusiastic crowd.
Kicking off at noon, six races will run on the day and a bus will shuttle patrons to and from the event every 30 minutes.
In addition, there will be football giveaways, a pass the footy competition, a jumping castle and plenty more to entertain the kids.
Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the day and winners will be drawn that night at Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club, where an auction and live entertainment will ensure those wanting to kick on will have plenty of reason to do so.
