The initiative is designed to reward 40 of the brightest stars from McDonald’s restaurants across the country, giving them the chance to help solve challenging and business-critical briefs for the business.
“I’m really excited to be part of the program and to get the chance to further develop skills that I’m sure I’ll draw upon throughout my career,” Daniel said.
“By pairing up with other restaurant crew and managers from around the country, as well as my mentor, I know I’m sure to learn plenty through this program.”
McDonald’s Forster’d Jacquie Jones said Daniel was well deserving of the opportunity.
“He was nominated due to his outstanding contribution to the running of my restaurant,” she said.
“I’m looking forward to seeing how Daniel assists McDonald’s to make meaningful and positive change that ultimately helps enhance the great experience we strive to offer each and every customer.”
