In the first game against zone 4 we managed only one rink win and lost, the overall score 45-74.
We competed at a much better level in the next game against zone 1.
In this match we won on two of the three rinks, but again lost the main board 62-64.
In our last game we managed a win on one rink and again lost 62-64.
In these last two games, we trailed by just the one shot playing the last end, but sadly could not get over the line.
So, in the final wash-up we did not win a game, but the last two games both came down to the final bowl of the match, and with a bit of luck we could have come away with two wins out of three.
