The group was formed more than 30 years ago with many aspiring and professional artists having come and gone during this time.
Another half dozen new members have been welcomed to the group during the past year and of course all new recruits are welcome into the fold.
The Gloucester Art Society’s Spring exhibition will run from Thursday, September 13 until Tuesday, October 2 and display a variety of works in oil, acrylic, pastel and watercolour.
Come along to meet the artists on opening night Friday, September 14 from 6.30pm. Refreshments supplied.
Enjoy viewing the contemporary and traditional work in the Gloucester Gallery at 25 Denison Street. The gallery is open Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 10am to 1pm
Entry to the gallery is free.
