The facility, which provides boats with a safe way to discharge their waste water into the sewerage system, was closed last Thursday, August 2 due to a malfunction.
Council health officers inspected the site and took water samples for testing and relevant authorities were notified.
Testing has confirmed there was no impact to water quality in the harbour as a result of the breakdown.
Repairs are expected to be complete over the next fortnight.
