Pacific Palms Bowling Club has made a generous donation to Bungwahl Primary School to help replace the outdated playground equipment on campus.

Pacific Palms Bowling Club’s secretary manager, Chris Williams said the donation was very worthwhile for the club, which is a community focused group.
“We received a letter from the school, requesting help,” Chris explained.
“The board assessed the request and decided $500 could be put towards their cause.
“We consider ourselves a community club helping the community where we can, so as a club we felt it was a worthwhile cause.
“Although we are a small club we considered the request important for the future of the school.”
Alongside club president Darryl Fitzgerald, Chris presented the $500 cheque to Bungwahl School captains, Darcy, Abigail and Bec and P&C treasurer, Joyce Kinchin.
