The scheduled resurfacing is set to run from Monday, June 18 through to Friday, July 20, with traffic impacted in both directions, 24 hours a day.
The speed limit will be reduced to 40km/h along the section of road, and motorists are advised to check the signage in the area for further instructions.
At least one lane will remain open in each direction however this will at times be achieved by implementing contra flow traffic conditions in the northbound lanes, allowing motorists to pass in both directions.
