Wallis Lake have moved to the top of the table with a 2-1 victory at Dangar Street in Kempsey against the Macleay Valley Rangers.
Trailing by a goal at the break, the visitors score two second half goals to take the three points and hand Rangers their first loss of the season.
Rangers will now face cross town rivals Kempsey Saints while Wallis Lake will host Wauchope in round 9.
At Findlay Park in Port Macquarie, Port Saints went on a goal scoring rampage as they defeated the Camden Haven Redbacks 7-0.
A 3-0 lead at the half time break set up the win as the Saints added a further four in the second half.
The Port outfit now sit six points out of the top five while the Redbacks are now four points out of the finals places.
Saints now have a bye, and the Redbacks will host Taree Wildcats next up.
Taree Wildcats moved into third position of the table, leapfrogging Kempsey Saints who they defeated 2-0 at Omaru Park in Taree.
Both goals coming in the first half, the Wildcats held strong to secure the points to make it three wins from their last four matches.
The Saints will now prepare for the derby at Eden Street which will be second against fourth. The Wildcats will travel to Laurieton to take on the Redbacks.
In Wauchope, a huge result for the Tuncurry Forster Tigers who came away with a 5-0 victory.
The home side Wauchope had no answers after being two goals down at half time as the Tigers finished off with three more goals.
The result lifts the Tigers off the bottom of the table and in turn consigns Wauchope to that position.
Next up, Tuncurry-Forster will host Port United who will be coming off the bye in the league and an FFA Cup sixth round match with Lambton Jaffas.
Wauchope will travel to Forster to take on new leaders Wallis Lake.
