This extraordinary meeting will be held at the Taree office at 10am.
Council explained the delivery program outlined the focus areas for its term of office, 2018-2021, while the operational plan outlined its one-year actions for 2018-19.
It includes fees and charges, including water and sewerage, and budget documents.
Both documents will go on public exhibition from May 17 to June 13.
Following feedback from the public final changes will be made to the document prior to it being presented to council for adoption on June 27.
The program and plan will take effect from July 1.
The overarching plan that forms the framework for the delivery program and operational plan is the MidCoast Community Strategic Plan MidCoast 2030 - Shared Vision, Shared Responsibility.
This document reflects the community’s vision for the MidCoast region, its values, objectives and strategies to achieve them.
The strategic plan was recently adopted by council following extensive community consultation.
