Brenton Chambers grew up playing tennis on the Forster Tennis Club courts from primary school age,before progressing to actively competing on the Australian Money Tournament (AMT) circuit at just 21 years of age.

Brenton enjoyed many successes on the junior circuit, including a bronze medal at the Combined High Schools team event. He also has many junior wins to his credit as well as being selected to the NSW Country Starz team for select regional players.
Throughout 2017 and into 2018, Brenton has competed in a number of AMTs and International Tennis Federation (ITF) Futures Tournaments for valued ranking points. In his limited free time, he coaches players at the Forster Tennis Club.
After completing his HSC in Tuncurry, Brenton decided to pursue his tennis endeavours, relocating to Sydney to train at the Tennis Australia National Academy in 2016.
World ATP player, Jono Cooper was coaching Brenton in morning sessions and Brenton would spend his afternoons coaching other players at the Eastcourt Tennis Club in Kensington.
With the recent completion of his Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach certification, Brenton is actively coaching some of the aspiring juniors of Forster.
Head pro and facility manager, Jaime McDongah once coached Brenton as a junior, so he’s pleased he has returned to help coach at the club.
With his high performance ability, his coaching has helped the tournament and development of junior players greatly.
Off court, Brenton is kept busy pursuing a distance education program with Charles Sturt University in General Business Studies.
