The Forster-Tuncurry Hawks have begun training in preparation for the 2018 Group 3 rugby league season.
The first game in the preseason competition is set down for Sunday, March 11 when the Hawks take on Old Bar at Wingham.
First grade coach Phil Adamson stressed the importance of solid training sessions to set the season off on the right note.
Adamson, along with lower grade coaches Kyle Carmody, reserve grade, David Elliott, under 18s and Anthony McBride ladies league tag, encourage any prospective players to come along to Harry Elliott Oval, Tuncurry each Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from at 5.45pm to join in what promises to be a fruitful season.

Adamson was appointed coach late last year.
