The judging committee is looking for Citizens of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Sportspeople, Community Event and Project nominees.
Completed nomination forms and associated information must be received by 4.30pm on Friday, December 8 and can be handed in at the Forster Customer Service Counter, Breese Parade, between 8.30am and 4.30pm or emailed directly using the Submit button on the MidCoast Council Great Lakes form.
