Moving from Tenterfield, Lorelle has arrived in Forster with husband Andrew and her two children, Mikayla, who is in year three, and Ethan, who is only four years old.
Lorelle has been an instructional leader across three schools in the North West of the state; Mingoola Public School, Jennings Public School and Sir Henry Parkes Public School.
In these roles she has supported principals and teachers to improve literacy and numeracy results as part of the Early Action for Success Department of School Education initiative.
Lorelle is now looking forward to sharing her talents and expertise at Forster Public School in her new role as deputy principal.
Assistant principal Anne Evans said the school was excited to have Lorelle’s experience on board.
“Our entire school community welcomes Lorelle and her family, and look forward to having her help and support our local School,” she said.
