Tenders to build the contemporary multi learning space closed last week with principal Peter Nicholls flagging that he expected to “see some building activity towards the end of week seven of this term.”
The new building is to be a contemporary multi-learning space designed by Wingham’s Austin McFarland Architects. It is designed to capture natural light and have the ability to change from 11 classrooms to a large, single space for exams, group learning and performances. The surrounding buildings will also be modernised. The building is jointly funded by the federal government, the school and parish.
