Seventeen-year-old Great Lakes College, Tuncurry senior campus student, Cody Clayton has been invited to perform as a dancer in the renowned musical theatre segment.
He will be joined by fellow dancer, Murwillumbah High’s Alyssa Stavar and vocalist, Alyssa Mackenzie of Kingscliff High School.
The trio learned of their selection earlier this week (July 17) as the event prepares to showcase a record number of students from NSW State schools in a breath-taking concert spectacle.

Guinness World Record holder Schools Spectacular is back and better than ever showcasing the best singing and dancing talent from public schools across NSW on November 24-25 at QUDOS Bank Arena.
Last year marked an iconic chapter in Schools Spectacular history when their annual arena production broke the Guinness World Record for the Largest Variety Concert in the world at its new home QUDOS Bank Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.
Now in its 34th year, the popular live-and- televised extravaganza will star more than 5700 students.
