Detectives arrested a 31-year-old for allegedly selling a prohibited drug, believed to be methylamphetamine, in a car park in Mills Close, Taree, yesterday, June 14.
Police executed three search warrants in Taree – at a home on Lansdowne Road, a storage shed in Muldoon Street and a home in Gwenneth Avenue.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at the Gwenneth Avenue property and a 31-year-old woman was arrested at the Lansdowne Road property.
All three were taken to Taree Police Station where they were charged.
The 31-year-old man was charged with supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, dealing in proceeds of crime, eight counts of supplying a prohibited drug and two counts of ongoing supply of a prohibited drug,
The 31-year-old woman and 41-year-old man were both charged with supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug and dealing in the proceeds of crime.
All three were refused bail to appear before Forster Local Court today, June 15.
Investigations are continuing
