Officers will target speeding, mobile phone, drug and alcohol, seatbelt and motorcycle helmet offences.
Double demerit points will be enforced during the operation.
Centre for Road Safety executive director Bernard Carlon said speed was still the biggest killer on the roads.
“Last year 157 people lost their lives on our roads because someone was driving too fast,” Mr Carlon said.
“You can’t always predict what lies ahead and if you have a crash at a higher speed, you are more likely to be killed or seriously injured.”
Operation Go Slow began at 12.01am , April 21, and will end on Tuesday, April 25 at 11.59pm.
