The idea I believe is to combine services and save money? 

I feel it would be nice if once you have found the building, they could show on their façade what services they provide, at the age of 82 I was not aware that NSW had Service ? 

Surely if you are going to provide a service, you would tell the public what you do.  

I also find the listing in the new phone book unhelpful, no address, is it a secret ?

Don’t they want you to know where they are?  Service be damned!
