Your new role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, you’ll be responsible for recruitment of your own portfolio of organisations and you’ll be assisting candidates every day with their next career move. We will provide you with more than just a job, we offer you a career where you can expect to be :

• Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
• Identifying and building relationships with new clients
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
• Advising decision makers from SMEs to global organisations to help them achieve their business objectives
• Working collaboratively with your team to reach team goals
• Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing, making expert recommendations, offering the successful candidate the position and maintaining relationships throughout

What you'll need to succeed

You may have recently graduated and are still building on your skills and experience and seeking that first career step.
