You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships as well as building your own network of clients and candidates. The position will be focused on growing your brand in the market and becoming an expert in your industry sector.

Main Responsibilities:
About you
To be successful you will have a minimum of two years previous recruitment experience locally or overseas and you will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients. Ideally you will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management. You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships. We're searching for high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment. Position: Full Time
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation
