Full job description

The Opportunity:

Join a thriving Insurance Broking on St Kilda Road in their administration team. Our client has a vibrant culture with regular team building events, great incentives, excellent training and partners with charities. Due to growth they are looking for an office administrator to join their team.

The role:

  • Working alongside brokers assisting with their administrative duties
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collecting and filing relevant documents and information
  • Follow up out standing payments

Your experience:

  • Some experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good communication and rapport building skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
