The Forster Mudcrab winter swimming group held their annual presentation day in October.

At the presentation, a bucket collection among members and friends, together with proceeds from a raffle, raised more than $800.

This money will go towards the completion and running of a kindergarten in Vanuatu for underprivileged children.

This school receives no government assistance and struggles to provide students with materials needed for education.

The school suffered a significant blow when it was devastated by the 2014 cyclone just 12 months after it first opened.

The “ kinda” as it is called, is run by volunteer parents, and is situated in semi jungle conditions.

Forster Mudcrabs has made a significant difference to the lives of underprivileged children with their generous support.
