The third placed Manning River Ratz will bring their customary physical game to the competition this season.
Each encounter with the Bulls has seen the Ratz’s large physical presence on the field challenge the Bulls in the scrum and forwards.
Despite these challenges the Bulls have been able to dig deep and harness the pride of Wallamba supporters to defeat the Ratz in each encounter this season to sit at the top of the Lower Mid North Coast Competition with only one defeat at the hands of the Forster -Tuncurry Dolphins.
Both teams will be looking for bragging rights out of this game with the Bulls looking to complete a clean sweep of the Ratz in this seasons’ competition as important for the points table as it is for the finals preparation, whilst the Ratz will be keen to strike a blow against the Bulls, and a savage blow it would be after they have led the competition throughout the Year of the Bull.
This game promises to have all the action of high stakes rugby for both teams.
The Lower Mid North Coast Rugby Competition minor premiership will be decided in the next three weekends with the culmination of the season hopefully seeing the Bulls and the Forster -Tuncurry Dolphins playing off for the minor premiership at the Bull Pen on July 29.
In other games in the Lower Mid North Coast competition on July 15, Forster -Tuncurry Dolphins host the Old Bar Clams and Gloucester Cockies host the Myall Coast Mud Crabs.
Kick-off for all games is at 3pm.
