Over 150 surfers aged 35 and above will compete with a spot in the national titles at the 2017 Australian Surf Festival in Tweed Heads on the line.
The event follows the success of the Kommunity Project Great Lakes Pro in February.
Surfing NSW CEO Luke Madden said exciting surfing action will on display across the four day event.
“We expect to see the same high calibre of surfing we’ve seen over the last six years when the event returns to the Great Lakes region in June,” Mr Madden said.
This will be the sixth consecutive year the titles have been held in the Great Lakes region.
