Riding to support children fighting cancer they endured 15 flat tyres, flash rain showers and a challenging grind out of Bulahdelah.
Three days, 300ks was launched by event director Belinda Latimore three years ago when her nephew Manning was diagnosed with a highly malignant sarcoma.
His mother Sky News anchor Susanne Latimore and her co-host, sports anchor Luke Doherty were among the riders this year.
As a group they are closing in on their fundraising target of $40,000
The money will be directed to Redkite, a national cancer charity that receives no government funding.
Every six hours in Australia a child is diagnosed with cancer.
Redkite has made its mission to support all of those families as they go the distance.
